Why is FuelDrive offering free fuel upgrades?
We spoke with many customers following the COVID-19 pandemic, and many were concerned about tightening budgets and being expected to do more with less funding. Fleet management is essential to our communities, so we knew we needed to offer a solution that helps our family of customers improve upon their current operations while saving money. That’s why we worked with our production and manufacturing partners to offer fuel management upgrades for free until December 31, 2021. This special offer will save customers an average of $4,400 per Fuel Island Control Unit (ICU).
What is included in the upgrade?
FuelDrive will provide any current or future FuelDrive customer a free upgrade from the standard Island Controllers to the Wireless Automated Fueling (WAF) enabled Island Controllers. Without the free upgrade deal, this typically costs $4,400 per Island Controller.
Are there any costs associated with WAF after the upgrade?
FuelDrive will upgrade all Island Controllers to be WAF enabled (normally $4,400.00 per Island Controller). Your organization must purchase the WAF antenna and mast and nozzle tags for your hoses. We also recommend investing in at least one dozen vehicle kits to get your fleet started on the road towards hands-free fueling.

Does FuelDrive offer installation help or training?
Yes. Due to COVID-19 travel restrictions, we are currently offering remote installation training and a free FJ3 installation training video.
I don't use FuelDrive. Can I benefit from this upgrade deal?
Yes, you can still benefit from this upgrade deal! Please contact the FuelDrive team at communications@assetworks.com and we will explain how fleets can slowly evolve into our fully integrated fuel solution over time and as your budget allows.
What if I am already using WAF? Did I miss out on the deal?

How do I know if my fuel sites are ready for WAF?
While all FuelDrive customers are eligible for the free upgrade, all Island Controllers must be on the latest version (Win10) for WAF to be effective. There are currently specials running to upgrade from XP or early Win7 to Win10. Please contact the FuelDrive team at communications@assetworks.com to learn more.
